HSOR offers a holistic approach, blending outdoor sports with management, environmental science, and communication studies. This prepares students for careers where they must not only excel in their chosen activities but also understand how to conserve the environment, manage resources effectively, and communicate with diverse audiences. Through hands-on learning and a focus on leadership and risk management, HSOR equips graduates with the skills needed for success in the dynamic field of outdoor recreation.

Graduates will receive a Diploma (Associate Degree) in Outdoor Adventure, along with certifications for River Guide, Trekking Guide, and Wilderness First Responder.
You will gain technical skills in various outdoor activities like boating, white-water rafting, kayaking, camping, trekking, rock-climbing, alpine climbing, mountain-biking, para-gliding, and wilderness medical care, as well as soft skills in leadership, communication, and digital literacy.
Graduates can pursue careers in adventure travel companies, expedition companies, mountain and river guiding, mountaineering clubs, adventure clubs, resort and estate management, national parks administration, forestry, outdoor gear manufacturing and retail, outdoor media and journalism, sports medicine, and physical education.
